Acceptance
By browsing this website or enrolling in a Systemqueuegrid course, residency, or Open Desk seat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not request a seat. Enrolment is confirmed only after we accept your request in writing and, where fees apply, after we confirm receipt of payment by invoice — this site does not itself take payment.

Studio services
Course descriptions, schedules, and fees on this site are informational. Seats are limited. We may change dates, move critique week between Kamala and remote, or cancel a cohort if enrolment is too low. If we cancel, the refund policy applies. You are responsible for your own travel, visas, tool licences, and device.
Student work and recordings
You must have the right to share any product recordings or documents you bring to class. Do not upload customer data you are not allowed to show. Sample flows we provide remain our teaching materials. Your annotations of your own product remain yours; we may keep de-identified teaching notes unless you object in writing.
Intellectual property
The website text, notation examples, worksheets, and “Queue Grid” teaching method as presented here are owned by Systemqueuegrid or used under licence. You may use the notation in your job. You may not copy the course recordings, resell the worksheets, or present our materials as your public workshop without a written licence. Trademarks and the Systemqueuegrid name stay with us.
Acceptable use of the site
Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for a competing course catalogue, or submit false enrolment details. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe these rules were broken.
No professional advice
Articles and course examples are teaching aids. They are not legal, financial, or accessibility certification advice. Outcomes in alumni notes are individual, not guarantees.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Systemqueuegrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from applying course ideas to your product, including lost revenue, lost data, or third-party claims. Our total liability for a paid seat is limited to the fees you paid us for that seat. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Thai law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Phuket (or another competent Thai court) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your place of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to a seat you already purchased will be sent to the email we have on file.
