Cookies
Last updated 13 August 2026. This page explains what cookies are on systemqueuegrid.digital, which ones we use, and how you control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. Similar technologies include localStorage keys. They can remember a choice, keep a page working, or help us see which pages are read. They are not required for reading courses or sending the contact form on this site.
Types we use
Essential. We store your cookie banner choice so we do not ask on every page load. Without it, the banner would return each visit. The site, including forms and course pages, still works if you reject analytics.
Analytics (optional). Only if you press Accept. These help us understand which journal posts and course pages are opened. They are not used to build advertising profiles. If you press Reject, we do not set analytics cookies. Rejecting does not block any studio function.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| systemqueuegrid_cookie_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics so the banner can stay hidden. | Until you clear site storage or change your choice (localStorage) | Systemqueuegrid (first party) |
| sg_analytics_id | Pseudonymous identifier for optional page-view counts. Set only after Accept; removed if you Reject. | Until you clear site storage or reject analytics (localStorage) | Systemqueuegrid (first party) |
| _host_session (if present) | May be set by the hosting platform to route traffic or mitigate abuse. Not used for marketing. | Session or as set by host | Hosting provider |
How to manage or disable cookies
Use Accept or Reject on the banner. To change later, clear cookies and localStorage for systemqueuegrid.digital in your browser, then reload — the banner will appear again. You can also block cookies entirely in browser settings. Blocking all cookies may hide your stored choice and show the banner more often; it will not remove course pages or the contact form.
Third-party cookies
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may process your IP address to serve those files; see Google’s documentation for any cookies that service sets. Images may load from Unsplash or similar public CDNs; those requests can be logged by the image host. We do not embed third-party advertising pixels. If a future journal post includes a hosted video, we will note it here before adding tracking from that host.
Impact of disabling
Disabling optional analytics means we learn less about which essays are useful. Disabling all storage means we may ask for your cookie choice again. No Screen Flow Analytics lesson, fee table, or form depends on analytics cookies. For how we handle personal data more broadly, read the privacy notice.
