Privacy notice
Last updated 13 August 2026. This notice explains how Systemqueuegrid handles personal data for the website and studio.
Data controller
The controller is Systemqueuegrid, operating from Street: 73/65 Moo 3 Hiway # 4233 Kamala Beach; City: Kathu; State/province/area: Phuket; Zip code: 83120; Country: Thailand. We follow Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where it applies to a visitor, comparable principles of fairness and purpose limitation.
What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, optional topic, and message. From enrolment (off-site invoice): billing name, organisation, address, and payment references supplied to our bank. From email: whatever you send us. We do not ask for national ID numbers on this website.
If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect approximate page paths, referrer, device type, and a pseudonymous identifier. If you reject analytics, we do not set those cookies. Essential storage of your cookie choice is described on the cookies page.
Why we use it
To answer enquiries, run courses and residencies, invoice, meet accounting duties in Thailand, improve the site when analytics are accepted, and defend legal claims if needed. We do not sell personal data. We do not use contact-form messages to train public AI models.
Retention
Enquiry emails and form messages: up to 24 months after the last reply, unless a seat is booked — then they join the student file. Student and billing records: six years after the relevant tax year, matching Thai accounting practice, unless a longer period is required for a dispute. Analytics data, if any: 14 months. Cookie choice in your browser: until you clear storage or change the choice.
Your rights
Subject to PDPA conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of data you provided, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing site storage or writing to us. To exercise rights, email info@systemqueuegrid.digital with enough detail to find your file. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.
International transfers
Our studio is in Thailand. Email, DNS, and hosting providers may process data in other countries, including where a processor keeps backups. When we transfer personal data outside Thailand, we use contractual clauses or another PDPA-recognised mechanism and limit access to people who need it for the studio. If you write to us from abroad, your message necessarily travels internationally to reach Phuket.
Recordings you bring to class
Product session replays you supply remain your responsibility. We treat them as confidential teaching material, store them only for the cohort duration plus 30 days unless you ask us to delete sooner, and do not use them in public marketing without a separate written permission.
Children
Courses are aimed at working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 for enrolment. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
